Terms of service

The deal in plain language. Updated August 2026.

Orders & approval

When you design in our studio, the preview you approve is what we print. When you upload artwork, we check it against our file requirements and contact you before printing if something looks wrong. Approving a proof is the final word on content, spelling and layout.

Prices & payment

All prices on the site are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Bulk discounts apply automatically by quantity. Payment is taken at checkout (UPI, card, net banking) or on delivery for COD orders within serviceable pincodes.

Delivery

Dispatch timelines are working days from order confirmation and vary by product; the estimate shown on each product page is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery is by tracked courier (₹79, free above ₹999; express ₹199) or free pickup from our Singasandra press.

Reprints & refunds

If a defect is ours — misprint, wrong stock, wrong cut, colour banding — we reprint and reship free. Report within 7 days of delivery with a photo on WhatsApp. If you approved a proof and later want changes, that is a new order; we offer steep reorder discounts. COD orders can be refused at the door; prepaid defective orders are refunded in full if a reprint is not possible.

Your content

You confirm you own the rights to everything you upload or design. We may refuse to print content that is unlawful or infringes others. Your designs stay yours; we only use them to produce your order.
